Beasts of Burden is a GameBoy andvanced inspired parody horror game developed in Unity2D. It was created as a passion and learning project and my first self published game. Over the course of developing this project I was required to implement Unity animations, create custom scripts for character controls, cutscenes and managing secrets, and implementation of audio assets through Wwise. I was also required to go through the full process of publishing on steam and meeting all of their official requirements.
While this game had a number of issues as my first serious project it helped me learn the basics of C# and game development and gave me a solid foundation to build off of in the following years.
